To implement RPM services, you need: 1. Eligible patients with chronic conditions requiring monitoring 2. Patient consent for RPM services 3. FDA-approved monitoring devices 4. A system for collecting and analyzing patient data Neuvora provides the complete infrastructure and support to meet these requirements.
RPM and CCM services are billed monthly using specific CPT codes: For RPM: • CPT 99453 for initial setup • CPT 99454 for device supply • CPT 99457/99458 for monitoring time For CCM: • CPT 99490 for basic CCM • CPT 99439 for additional time Neuvora's platform automatically tracks time and generates billing reports.
The enrollment process follows these steps: 1. Identify eligible patients 2. Obtain written consent 3. Document the care plan in the patient's record 4. Provide the patient with monitoring devices 5. Train the patient on device usage Neuvora's team assists with each step and provides all necessary documentation.
We maintain HIPAA compliance through multiple security measures: 1. Encrypted data transmission 2. Secure cloud storage 3. Role-based access controls 4. Regular security audits 5. Staff training All patient data is protected according to federal guidelines, and we sign Business Associate Agreements with practices.

EHR integration capabilities are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, as each system has unique requirements and specifications. We offer multiple integration options: 1. Direct API integration where supported 2. HL7/FHIR integration 3. Secure file transfer protocols 4. Manual data synchronization methods Our technical team will assess your specific EHR system and work with your IT staff to determine the most suitable integration approach.
Time requirements for each service: RPM Services: • Minimum 20 minutes of monitoring time per month (CPT 99457) • Additional 20-minute increments (99458) as needed CCM Services: • Minimum 20 minutes of care management time per month (99490) • Additional time billed in 20-minute increments (99439) Neuvora's platform tracks all time automatically.
