Why Neuvora exists.
The best healthcare software is rarely built by the people who use it. We changed that — one clinician shaping every decision, from the device layer to the dashboard.
Neuvora began with a vascular neurologist who had spent years using software that fought him — tools designed for billing, not patients. Generic platforms with checkbox workflows that ignored the actual practice of medicine.
So we built the opposite: a platform that begins with the clinician's day, works backward to the patient's home, and forward to the back office. Software, FDA-cleared connected devices, telemedicine, billing, and integrated care — one continuous system, not a stack of disconnected SaaS.
Today, Neuvora delivers remote patient monitoring, remote therapeutic monitoring, chronic care management, telemedicine, cognitive assessments, and full revenue cycle management to practices across the United States. We integrate live with Tebra, PrognoCIS, and eClinicalWorks. Athenahealth, Epic, and Cerner are next.

Most companies talk about bridging medicine and software. Neuvora's founder is the bridge — a Mayo Clinic–trained vascular neurologist who designs, architects, and writes the platform himself.

Dr. Blech's résumé reads like two careers run in parallel. He graduated summa cum laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University, earned his medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine, and trained in neurology at Mayo Clinic — where he was selected chief resident and received the Manfred Muenter Award for excellence in clinical neurology. He stayed at Mayo for his fellowship in vascular neurology.
The clinical career runs deep. He is board-certified in both neurology and vascular neurology, spent years as a teleneurologist treating emergent stroke cases for hospitals across the country, and holds medical licenses in more than thirty-five states. His published research centers on cerebrovascular disease and telestroke, and at Mayo Clinic he helped design the acute stroke database — down to how telestroke data is abstracted from the clinical record.
The other career was software. He has been building web and mobile applications since medical school — through residency, fellowship, and clinical practice — and served as an Epic superuser during his institution's transition from Cerner.
The track record extends well beyond Neuvora. As a technology executive across digital health, he has architected and built telehealth systems from the ground up for other companies — validated, secure, and carrying real clinical load in production.
