Neuvora was founded by a practicing physician who got tired of stitching together vendors that didn't understand clinical workflows. We build the software, the devices, and the care layer — end to end, and on purpose.
Why Neuvora exists.
We started with a simple observation: the best healthcare software is rarely built by the people who use it. So we changed that — clinicians shaping every decision, from the device layer to the dashboard.
Neuvora was founded by a practicing vascular neurologist who had spent years using software that fought him — tools designed for billing, not patients. Generic platforms with checkbox workflows that ignored the actual practice of medicine.
So we set out to build the opposite: a healthcare platform that begins with the clinician's day, works backward to the patient's home, and forward to the back office. Software, FDA-cleared connected devices, telemedicine, billing, and integrated care — designed as one continuous system, not a stack of disconnected SaaS.
Today, Neuvora delivers remote patient monitoring, remote therapeutic monitoring, chronic care management, telemedicine, cognitive assessments, and full revenue cycle management to practices across the United States. We integrate live with Tebra, PrognoCIS, and eClinicalWorks. Athenahealth, Epic, and Cerner are next.
