Careers at Neuvora — remote wellness technician jobsCare that starts
with a phone call.
Neuvora's wellness technicians are the voice patients hear between visits — regular check-ins, home readings reviewed, and anything that needs a clinician passed to one. We are hiring, and the work is done from home.
Wellness technician, working from home.
Call patients enrolled in remote monitoring and chronic care programs, review the readings they take at home, and make sure their care team hears about anything that needs attention. From home, on hours you choose.

A caseload of patients, and a phone.
Each wellness technician looks after their own group of patients, on a steady rhythm of calls. The clinical decisions stay with clinicians; your job is to make sure nothing reaches them late.
Regular check-in calls
Call each patient on your caseload on a steady rhythm to hear how they are feeling and how their care is going.
Review home readings
Look over the blood pressure, weight and other readings patients take at home, and help them keep taking them.
Keep care plans on track
Help patients follow the plan their care team set, and work through the everyday obstacles that get in its way.
Coordinate with the care team
Make sure questions, concerns and care needs reach the right people on the patient's healthcare team.
Document every conversation
Keep short, organized notes of each call in the Neuvora platform, so whoever picks up next starts where you left off.
Escalate what needs a clinician
Recognize when a patient needs more support than a check-in, and connect them with the clinical team.
We train for the role, you bring the care.
No medical license is required. Neuvora provides the training — what we look for is someone patients are glad to hear from, and who notices when something has changed.

Questions about the wellness technician role.
Do I need a medical license or healthcare experience?
No. Experience as a CNA, medical assistant, EMT, caregiver, pharmacy technician or nursing student helps, but it is not required. Neuvora trains every wellness technician before they speak with a patient.
Is the role fully remote?
Yes. You work from home, within the United States. You need your own laptop or desktop computer, reliable high-speed internet, and a quiet, private place to take calls.
Is this a job or contract work?
Wellness technicians work with Neuvora as independent contractors (1099), full or part time. You choose how many hours a week you want to work.
What are the hours?
You set your weekly hours, from a few to full time. Calls take place during regular business hours, so some weekday availability is needed.
What does the role pay?
$20 an hour, paid as an independent contractor.
What happens after I apply?
Our team reviews every application. If your experience and availability fit the role, we contact you to set up an interview.
Be the call patients look forward to.
The application takes one sitting: your details, a resume, and a few questions about your setup and experience. Our team reads every one.
