RTM
Remote Therapeutic Monitoring
Remote therapeutic monitoring tracks a patient's adherence to and response to therapy — musculoskeletal, respiratory, or cognitive behavioural — rather than physiologic measurements from a device.
RTM codes are designated 'sometimes therapy', which means physical and occupational therapists can furnish RTM under a therapy plan of care. That makes it the remote-monitoring path many rehab and behavioural practices can actually use, where RPM is not available to them.

Defined here, run in practice.

RTM in practice, not just in theory.
We build and run these programmes. If you want to know what this looks like in a real clinic rather than a definition, ask.
