Do we have to replace Athenahealth to use Neuvora?
No. The platform is built to absorb the systems a practice already runs, not to displace them. Your clinicians keep working in Athenahealth; monitoring data, documentation, and charges reach your chart rather than living in a second portal nobody opens.
Who builds and maintains the Athenahealth connection?
Neuvora does, in-house. The interfaces are HL7 and FHIR where the EHR supports them and bespoke connectors where it does not, and the clinical escalation logic behind them is specified by a physician — so what reaches your chart is clinically meaningful rather than raw telemetry.
Is patient data secure across the Athenahealth interface?
Encryption in transit and at rest, full audit trails, and access controls apply on every interface we build, under HIPAA and HITECH. Records stay exportable — there is no lock-in on the data your practice generates.
Which programs can we bill on Athenahealth?
