Epic integration — in developmentNeuvora and
Epic.
App Orchard listing in progress for large health systems. Not live yet, and we would rather say so than sell you a date.
Running on
Epic.
Here is what the interface will carry. Until it is live, we run the workflow alongside your chart rather than pretending otherwise.
Where this stands
In progress for health-system deployments. Talk to us about timelines before you plan a rollout — we would rather tell you the real date than sell you a roadmap.
In this integration
- App Orchard listing in progress
- FHIR interfaces for health-system deployments
What holds regardless of your system.
These are properties of the platform, not of any one vendor connection.
HL7 FHIR interfaces
Modern healthcare data standards, with bespoke connectors where a system needs one. Custom interface work is part of the offering, not an upsell.
Device data, in the chart
Readings from FDA-cleared connected devices, monitoring time, and billable events flow to the record instead of living in a separate portal.
Charges where your billers work
Monitoring charges reach the system your billing team already uses — no duplicate entry, no re-keying.
What a practice runs on this connection.
The same platform carries every program, so monitoring time, documentation, and charges are attributed correctly whichever ones you bill.

Does Neuvora integrate with Epic?
The Epic interface is in development. Practices on Epic can still start a program now — we run the monitoring workflow alongside your system and move it onto the interface when it is ready. We would rather say that plainly than sell you a date.
What moves between Neuvora and Epic?
App Orchard listing in progress. FHIR interfaces for health-system deployments. If something your practice needs is not on that list, ask — custom interface work is a standing part of what we do, not an upsell.
Do we have to replace Epic to use Neuvora?
No. The platform is built to absorb the systems a practice already runs, not to displace them. Your clinicians keep working in Epic; monitoring data, documentation, and charges reach your chart rather than living in a second portal nobody opens.
Who builds and maintains the Epic connection?
Neuvora does, in-house. The interfaces are HL7 and FHIR where the EHR supports them and bespoke connectors where it does not, and the clinical escalation logic behind them is specified by a physician — so what reaches your chart is clinically meaningful rather than raw telemetry.
Is patient data secure across the Epic interface?
Encryption in transit and at rest, full audit trails, and access controls apply on every interface we build, under HIPAA and HITECH. Records stay exportable — there is no lock-in on the data your practice generates.
Which programs can we bill on Epic?
Remote patient monitoring, remote therapeutic monitoring, and chronic care management all run through the same platform, with time tracking and documentation attributed to the right program. The CPT reference covers the requirements and 2026 amounts code by code.
Already running Epic? Let's talk.
Tell us your timeline and we will tell you honestly where the interface stands.
